Share Your Jones School Story

Your Story Is Part of the Jones School Story

The history of J.J. Jones School lives not only in official records and historic buildings, but also in the memories, experiences, photographs, and personal collections of the people whose lives are connected to it.

Former students, teachers, staff members, families, neighbors, and community members hold pieces of the Jones School story that may not exist anywhere else. A name remembered, a photograph tucked away, a story passed down through a family, or a program saved from a special event can help us better understand and document the life of the school and the community that surrounded it.

AAHGS–Surry NC invites you to help us document and share that legacy.
